Separating History From Legend

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Newton Building, Nottingham Trent University, Lecture Room 10

The names Knights Templarr, Knights Hospitaller, Teutonic Knights are the subjects of legend. But what were their real origins, development and organisation during the twelfth and thirteenth centuries?

A fascinating talk by Dr. Nicholas Morton.

Interested in developing and designing war games? This lecture will be of interest to not just those interested in the history of the period but also designers who appreciate the details that help when thinking about developing gaming systems.

At the end of the lecture there will be the opportunity to network with Dr Morton and like-minded individuals.

Previous lectures have led to collaborations and potential game development discussions.

Free refreshments will be available.

Part of Nottingham Trent University's student employability and business engagement initiative.
This lecture is public and open to anyone interested.
